Welcome to National Cattle Works LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your relationship with National Cattle Works LLC regarding your purchase and/or use of our premium USDA-inspected beef products and related offerings ("Products"). By placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

📄 Scope of Services / Offerings

We specialize in USDA-inspected, locally raised beef processing services. Our offerings include:

Custom Processing

Professional butchering and processing of your livestock to your specifications.

Scheduled Delivery

Reserve your processing date and submit cutting instructions in advance.

Deposit System

A $200 per animal deposit is required to secure your processing spot.

Processing Instructions

Detailed cutting preferences including steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty items.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or Products at any time with or without notice.

$ Fees & Payment Terms
Prices Processing fees are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
Deposit $200 per animal deposit required at booking to secure your processing date.
Payment Methods We accept credit/debit cards and electronic payment services as specified at checkout.
Refunds & Cancellations Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your scheduled date. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of your scheduled date.

Due to the perishable nature of our Products and the scheduling requirements of our facility, we do not accept returns once processing has begun. If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, contact us at support@nationalcattleworks.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Service Availability

Processing dates are subject to availability, and we may need to reschedule in case of equipment issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Storage & Shelf Life

We recommend keeping processed beef frozen until ready to use and following proper storage guidelines.

The information on our Site is for informational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

No Warranty

Our Products and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Cattle Works LLC and its members, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Products or Services.

Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks associated with the consumption of raw, frozen, or fresh beef products. We are not responsible for any illness or adverse health effects resulting from improper handling, storage, or consumption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless National Cattle Works LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

Account Creation

You may create an account or check out as a guest to schedule processing services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider selected by us.

Forum Selection

If arbitration is not enforceable, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Utah.
