Start by visiting our processing page to understand pricing, policies, timelines, and how the custom processing flow works before scheduling.
From the processing page, you will be directed to a secure form where you enter your headcount, select a delivery date, and provide your cutting and packaging instructions.
At the bottom of the form, you will submit your instructions and pay your per-animal deposit. This secures your processing slot in one step.
Bring your animals to our USDA inspected facility on your scheduled delivery date. Our team will check you in and confirm your instructions.
Our butchers process your beef according to your submitted instructions, including aging, cutting, wrapping, labeling, and freezing.
Once your order is complete, we will notify you that your beef is ready for pickup.
To place an order, you will need an account. New customers can create an account in under a minute. Returning customers can simply sign in.
Shop our beef, add items to your cart, and checkout online. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout.
If you are outside Colorado City, pick up your order on Fridays at National Cattle Works. If you are in Colorado City, we offer free same day delivery when you order by noon.
