Custom Processing Deposit

Reserve your USDA inspected processing spot in three simple steps.

The Custom Processing Deposit secures a processing spot for your beef at National Cattle Works, a USDA inspected facility serving Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. We provide precise custom cutting and wrapping with vacuum sealed packaging, prepared to your specifications.

How It Works:

  • Step 1: Pay your deposit. Add the correct number of animals to your cart and check out. Your card is stored but not charged. The deposit may only be charged if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date.
  • Step 2: Submit your instructions. After checkout you will receive a link to fill out your processing instructions and select your delivery date.
  • Step 3: Deliver your animals. Bring your animals on the scheduled date following our intake guidelines.
  • Step 4: Pick up your beef. After dry aging and cutting, we will notify you when your boxed beef is ready.
