Pricing

We process for ranchers selling direct to consumers, wholesalers moving volume, retailers, and individuals bringing in their own animals. Final totals depend on hanging weight and your cut selections.

$100 per animal

USDA Inspection Fee

$50 per animal

Processing Fee

$1.10 per lb hanging weight

In some situations, an $800 minimum may apply, typically only when animals are unusually small and total processing time and overhead remain the same. If you think this may apply, reach out and we will clarify up front.
